Revelation: The Kingdom Yet to Come

Apokalypsis! Praising the Lamb!  Chorus of angels and martyrs in heaven! You’re invited to learn the images, numbers, colors and creatures in St. John’s Book of Revelation, a book of liturgy, a handbook for discipleship and the final exodus of the people of God.

In this intriguing look at one of the most talked-about books in Scripture, Jeff Cavins explores Revelation to demonstrate how the kingdom established by Christ in his Church is intimately connected with the kingdom of heaven, especially through the celebration of the Mass. The Bible is at the heart of our Catholic Faith – and our relationship with God.

You will learn what all the mysterious figures and images of Revelation present, as well as what will happen during the Second Coming of Christ, what has already happened, and what is happening now in salvation history.

We pray you will join Women Growing In Faith for our Fall Bible Study, Revelation: The Kingdom Yet to Come beginning Tuesday, September 5th, from 9:15 to 11 am and continuing every Tuesday for eleven weeks.   For more information call Deborah Petasky at 817-421-1387 or email her at dpetasky@gscc.net
